CNRS is equipped with one of the most advanced experimental testbeds for agile and mobile manipulation in Europe. This testbed will be used in AGIMUS for experiments while supporting the Aircraft and Satellite Manufacturing industrial pilot. 5G is going to be made available in the building of the testing zone in 2022 and will be used during the experiments.

CIIRC CTU is a research and experimental workplace that is a unique research facility for the development and testing of innovative solutions for advanced and fully integrated industrial production and processes for smart factories. Equipped with both TIAGo and KUKA robots, it will provide for stress-testing the AGIMUS robotic skills and will also support the “Packaging Manufacturing” industrial pilot. As one of the first places in Europe to start operating a private 5G network for industrial use, it offers the ideal environment for stress-testing the AGIMUS framework.

INRIA, the French national research institute for digital science and technology, has been developing a brand-new robotic laboratory within the Parisian research ecosystem. It is already equipped with robots (i.e., TIAGo++) that have multiple sensors (i.e., force/torque) and cameras (i.e., RGB) for data collection. The current testbed will be used to support several validation experiments within the AGIMUS project, as well as the “Lift Manufacturing” industrial pilot.
